So this discussion is based on "How handle your health with foods. Also I will guide to easy exercises and extra activities to improve fitness including mental health. This blog will be updated in every week.
About John
John is 30 years old. He is very weak in his health side. He eats more. Also get more tiredness. He has several health problems including diarrhea problem, constipation, nausea, headache, back pain, leg pain, cough and stress. He takes several treats and meets specialist doctors always. But his problems are coming time by time.We will write some solutions for John. But we do not suggest any medicine. We only consider food items which naturally control his diseases.
John is a school teacher. He teaches agriculture, practical technology and mathematics. He had not good previous life in childhood and young life. He always tried to bypass tasks. His dream was to become a doctor. But he was unable to pass the exam well. Also he had not done sport or other extra activites. However he was able to go to university to follow agricultural sciences degree. But his university life was not good. Because he had to face several diseases and exams. Exams was very hard to him because of he had exam stress conditions. Therefore he had to go to meet university medical officer to get treatments.
What John did to manage his problems?
Respiratory diseases- take amoxiling,citrazin,vitamin c, Fruits, chocolate,kottamalli
Diarrhea- Eat acidic foods, fruits, yogurt, lemon,ginger,pepper, sudulunu, soda, Vomit- Soda, salt water, rest
Skin rash- Cream, bath, dry,
Tongue split- King-coconut,water, yogurt, Apple, juice
Tiredness- Fruits,Apple, fruit juice, soup,water Some times energy drinks.
Obesity- Fiber, water, drinks, green tea, low cho, Exercisers,
Why you should control your diet?
John is now 30 years old. He eat more and it badly affect to his pocket. He wakes up nearly 6.30am. First he take a cup of tea. Then he get ready to go to work. He has to attend at 7.30am. He is a school teacher. He eats a bun just before enter to school. Then he take his break fast nearly 9am. Then get a short diet such as roles, Roti etc. Then John take a diet nearly 11am with his friends. Then he takes small diet such as yogurt. He's off is at 1.30pm. He takes some bakery foods after school. Then he comes to home. Then he goes to 2hours sleep. Then he takes his lunch. He takes a tea with a short eat. Finally he takes his dinner at 9.30pm. So John cannot reduce his size,fat,weight.
How to reduce eating amount?
Drink water before eating
Take drinks like fruit juice,soup,
Stop eating fatty foods
Stop eating bakery items
Eat more vegetables
Eat more fruits
Eat fish
How does reduce your stress?

Stress is a big problem in present society. It appear in several ways. Some times in exams, in traffic jam, in a meeting, when have a task, when have a problem, John has serious stress conditions. He faces exam stress. When he has an exam, he needs to eat more. He cannot read a book continues. He cannot bath. He has diarrhea and abdominal pain. He has headac. He does creasy things. John has stress when he has to face an interview,viva or presentation. He cannot face it and do jam those always.
So he went to meet a mental doctor to get some instructions and medicine. Doctor gave some medicines.
But most important thing is believe. John should change his ideas and time table. His medicine takes at least one month to show results. There are no tablets for quick solutions. John has to follow some practices to reduce his stress conditions.
Those include Eating pattern change, exercises, drinks, watching tv, pets, friends, environment, music, sing, tour, bath, There are several food items reduce and increase stress.
How exercises perform your day?
John feel laziness when he works. So what is the reason, how to be active, he searches on Google, most popular answer is doing exercises. So what kind of exercises do we do?.John thinks and search again. There are several procedures. However he make a short description about daily exercises for improve activeness.
Sports are also related with daily exercises.

How to improve your body conditions by exercises?
Supply more bloods to body

Do not do it tired time Select morning time
Do not use night time
Do not drink any thing before start
Do not eat anything before start

Jump Dip

Do not do hard, it will avoid injuries

John wake up at 5pm every day. First he drink glass of mid hot water and eat an Apple. Then he take 15minutes to plan the day. He starts exercises with relaxation. Then he runs nearly 2km. Next he starts other exercises gradually. Hole process is ended within 30minutes. Then he does some relaxation exercises. Next he takes 10-15 minutes for rest. This practices help to John to balance the day.
